Downloading Ergomo

I recently purchased the Ismarttrain so I can download my Ergomo. I have not, however, been able to do it. When I click on download the dialogue box sees the usbserial-ftDIGO30 and the device as an ergomo. When I hit okay. I can Add, select all, select none and close. There are no files in the box at this time. When I hit add, the first time it says this appears not to be an ergomo computer. The second and subsequent times, I get a status bar for downloaded sessions and the progress never moves. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you see a list displayed of the sessions on the Ergomo?

Yes there are a few but not from the ergomo. I initially thought they were but when I put them in it was from my Garmin 910xt. Some how my USB serial is being seen but my ergomo is not being able to Download.

You should see them listed in the 'Download' dialog box that appears.

I'll dig out my Ergomo and send a screenshot at some point later this week - off to a conference for the next couple of days.
